The hottest couple in entertainment right now isn’t Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce — It’s Travis Kelce and his brother Jason. The pro-football duo (Travis currently plays for Kansas City in the NFL and is about to play in the Super Bowl, and Jason played for the Philadelphia Eagles, who are also heading to the Super Bowl) are beloved for their social media presence, hilarious commentary, and their banter-filled New Heights podcast on YouTube. The brothers chat about pretty much everything under the sun, but this week, they really caught our attention during the New Heights Food Court segment, in a discussion about the brothers’ favorite ice cream flavors.
What started the conversation was news that Graeter’s ice cream company was introducing a Skyline Chili flavored ice cream called Skyline Spice. For those not in the know, Skyline Chili is a Cincinnati chain restaurant specializing in a dish of spiced, semi-sweet, saucy meat chili that can be served over spaghetti, hot dogs, or with oyster crackers, and is often topped with a mountain of shredded yellow cheese. Travis Kelce wanted to nothing to do with this new fusion dessert, but Jason said “I can’t wait to try this,” even going as far as to ask Graeter’s send him a sample to eat on camera.

But what about those of us who can’t just request novelty ice cream be sent to us like magic? The brothers Kelce also shared one of their favorite ice cream combinations from a popular chain: Cold Stone.
The duo were discussing their “Mount Rushmore” of ice cream, and while cookies and cream and butter pecan ice cream received love from both of the brothers, what really got them going was talk of a Cold Stone specialty. Jason shared he loved going to “Cold Stone Creamery and getting the cake batter ice cream with some brownie in there…then I’d have them drizzle the caramel and chocolate on there.” Travis agreed that cake batter ice cream was one of the best flavors, but both brothers said that it had to be Cold Stone.

After this segment, Travis Kelce said that he wanted to go out and get some ice cream after the podcast recording, and honestly, same! Sure, it might be the middle of winter, but after hearing the Kelce brothers talk about ice cream flavors for about 15 minutes straight, we don’t even care what the temperatures are like outside.
