When you’re cooking something on high heat, you have to use an oil that stands up to the challenge. Otherwise, you’ll be left with a smoky mess that leaves your food tasting burnt (even if it’s not!). Normally, you have to turn to oils like canola, safflower, or refined peanut, coconut, avocado, or sunflower oil if you’re going to fry or crisp. But the internet famous brand Graza just released a high-heat olive oil that has a completely neutral flavor and will leave your fried, crisped, and baked foods tasting great every time.

Graza’s Frizzle high-heat oil, which comes in a spray, squeeze, or jug container, is a naturally-refined oil that’s made completely from olives. It’s crafted from a mix of refined Olive Pomace Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil that gives it a smooth and buttery texture as well as a smoke point of up to 490 degrees Fahrenheit.

“Frizzle is made for all your high-heat cooking, baking, grilling, and frying” the Graza website reads. “No chemicals, no nonsense — just 100% Picual olives.”

“Frizzle” High Heat Cooking Oil, Squeeze Bottle

Olive Pomace Oil is made from the olive paste left over from the first cold press of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Graza adds a dash of the EVOO back into the Pomace Oil for an “antioxidant boost” and a hint of flavor.

And you can use Frizzle in any recipe that calls for frying, searing, or cooking in a wok. It’s great for crisping up French fries, stir frying, and grilling steaks, but you can also use it instead of canola or vegetable oil in your favorite baked goods recipes.

You can subscribe to receive Graza’s Frizzle high-heat oil every one to three months at a discounted price, or grab a single bottle to try out. You’ll find yourself reaching for Frizzle every time you need to cook with high heat because it’s just that good and easy to use. Pick up a bottle for $14 and kick canola oil to the curb for good!
