The Costco bakery just rolled out a new cookie recipe that is already cementing itself as a top favorite among Costco shoppers. And because they come in a mini size, feel free to eat two (or three…or four…!) in one sitting.
The White Chocolate Cranberry Mini Cookies come in boxes of 24 and are going for just $9.99. They’re that perfect soft-baked texture that just melts in your mouth. And dotted with chunks of white chocolate and chopped cranberries, these cookies offer just the right amount of sweetness and tartness in every single bite.
“Just bought them yesterday… not overly sweet like I thought they’d be, which is kinda nice,” one Costco shopper wrote in the comments of the Costco Buys post. “All in all, very happy with them.”
Another commenter joked about just how addicting these things are, suggesting there may be an extra ingredient not on the label. “You forgot they put a little crack in these,” they wrote, adding a laughing crying emoji.
These little cookies are great straight out of the container, but you can also make them even more enjoyable by warming them up in the microwave or in the air fryer before serving with some ice-cold milk.
