Martha Stewart’s New Sweet Treat Is a Fun Way to Kick Off Valentine’s Day With Your Kids

Roses for your sweetheart and chocolates for your loved ones are an important Valentine’s Day tradition — but what do you get the kids? If you want to skip the candy and give them something more fun than a card, then Martha Stewart has the perfect solution. She shared a sweet treat that is festive and fun, and you’re definitely going to want to make it on Feb. 14.

The lifestyle guru shared a super easy recipe for Frozen Strawberry Milk Pops, complete with adorable floating pink hearts.

Sweet Surprise

“Want to make Valentine’s Day with the kids extra sweet?” Stewart asked in her caption. “Kick off the day with frozen strawberry milk pops!”

These sweet drinks are made with store-bought strawberry milk (or you can use a homemade strawberry smoothie). Just pour the pink drink into heart-shaped ice molds and put them in the freezer to solidify. When they’re done, pop the hearts out and put them in a glass of milk for “a berry sweet start to the day.” It’s a way to embrace the spirit of Valentine’s Day, without the extra sugar.

People from all over the world were loving this simple recipe.

“Adorable ❤,” one person wrote. Another said, “Now this is a perfect alternative to hot chocolate in an Aussie heat wave!”

Delicious Drinks

Stewart has the most amazing recipes, including refreshing drinks that are good all year long. Case in point: an orange smoothie recipe she shared at the beginning of 2024.

“Start off the new year on a bright note with this sunny citrus smoothie that blends two peeled oranges with milk and vanilla to recreate a more fiber-rich version of an Orange Julius,” she wrote alongside a recipe for a colorful orange smoothie. Apparently, a well-balanced meal includes a tasty, and nutrient-rich drink!
