Apple-chicken salad finger sandwich recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 large apple
- 1 pound prepared chicken salad, or make one of these recipes
- 20 slices white bread (cut into shapes)
Directions:
- Buy a prepared chicken salad from your neighborhood deli or supermarket.
- Slice the apple into very thin wedges.
- Spread the chicken salad evenly onto 2 slices of bread.
- Top 1 piece of bread with a couple of thin wedges of apple, and make into a sandwich.
- Repeat, making 10 sandwiches.
