9. Chinese Five-Spice Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

1 cup plain yogurt

1-1/2 tablespoons Chinese five-spice powder

2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

16 prepared chicken wings

Directions:

1. Whisk together yogurt, Chinese five-spice and brown sugar in a large bowl. Add chicken wings, cover bowl and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

2. Preheat grill to medium-high and oil grill grate. Remove chicken wings from marinade and grill for 10 minutes, flip, and grill for an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through.
