Italian-inspired menu for Christopher Columbus Day

Honor Italy’s most famous American tourist by creating a menu with patriotic Italian food. Add in wine and you’ll really have a reason to celebrate.

Christopher Columbus may have been Italian, but he is credited with being the first European to discover America. To celebrate appropriately, blend the two cultures for an Italian feast with an American flare. Be sure to serve plenty of Italian wine and rum since he was a sailor after all.
