Veterans Day restaurant specials

On Nov. 11, several chain restaurants are doing their part to thank our military for their service by offering free food to veterans. Keep reading for a list of restaurants that have Veterans Day specials.

Update: Check out our list of 2014 Veterans Day restaurant freebies and deals here.

Veterans Day was created to honor all members of our military. Restaurants are doing their part by offering complimentary Veterans Day meals to veterans and active military.

Many restaurants are giving military members free or discounted food — a small way to say thank you to those who serve or have served our country. Below, find some of the restaurants where you can receive a free meal for Veterans Day if you’re a past or present member of the U.S. military.

Please call your local restaurant ahead of time to confirm details, as some franchises may have different policies.
