Ingredients:
- 2 slices gluten-free bread
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk or rice milk
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 slice gluten-free turkey
- 2 slices gluten-free ham
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- Mayonnaise
Directions:
- Heat skillet to 350 degrees F.
- Mix eggs with milk in a shallow dish.
- Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each piece of bread.
- Place cheese, ham and turkey on the mayonnaise side of the bread.
- Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Dip both sides of the sandwich in the egg and milk mixture.
