These Valentine’s Day-inspired adult beverage recipes are perfect for the day of love — even if you’re having an anti-day of love party with your girlfriends. (Remember Jessica Biel in Valentine’s Day? Hey, a party is a party and good cocktails are a must, no matter the theme.)
Love Daisy cocktail recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Beefeater Gin
- 1/2 part Cointreau
- 1 part lemon juice
- 1/2 part simple syrup
- 4 raspberries
Directions:
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with raspberries.

Nice & Sloe cocktail recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 part Plymouth Sloe Gin
- 3 parts Champagne
- 3 blueberries (garnish)
Directions:
- Pour in the Sloe Gin.
- Top with Champagne.
- Garnish with blueberries at the bottom of the glass.
Pear-fect Lady cocktail recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Plymouth Gin
- 1 part pear liqueur
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
- 1 part egg white
- Slice of pear
Directions:
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a slice of pear on the side of the glass.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 part egg white (dry shaken)
- 1 sage leaf
- 1-1/2 parts JM Rhum Agricole
- 1/2 part Aperol
- 3/4 part grapefruit juice
- 1/2 part lime juice
- 1/2 part cane syrup
- 1 part Jacobs Creek Sparkling Rose Moscato
Directions:
- Serve in a rocks glass.
- Top with Jacobs Creek Sparkling Rose Moscato.
- Garnish with sage leaf.
