They’re easy and quick to make, and the entire family will love them!
Apple almond flax smoothie
Makes 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 large apple, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Optional: handful of kale
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Puree until smooth and enjoy immediately.
Pumpkin pie smoothie
Makes 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (canned works fine but fresh tastes much better)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup milk (regular or nondairy)
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Puree until smooth and enjoy immediately.
Pear power smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 very ripe pear, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk (regular or nondairy)
