Ingredients:
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, mashed or finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (you can also substitute low-fat, fat-free mayonnaise or even Greek yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons minced sweet onion
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
