If there’s any better way to celebrate Independence Day than with a kid-friendly, edible bottle rocket craft, we have yet to find out. This tasty, fun and entertaining Fourth of July treat will keep kids busy all afternoon — though we won’t blame you if you make these explosive sweets for an adults-only barbecue instead.
Just fill drinking straws with Pop Rocks, stack patriotic-colored Life Savers, and add some cone-shaped Airhead candies on top. Kaboom! A clever treat that’s fun and sweet to eat.
