Natural pest repellent with essential oils

Combine 6 drops lavendar, 6 drops geranium, and 1 ounce grapeseed oil and wear it to ward off bugs.

Natural muscle rub with essential oils

To soothe sore muscles after a long day of hiking, combine 2 drops wintergreen, 2 drops lavender, and 10 drops German chamomile precious oil into your hand and rub on your achy feet and legs.

Natural sunburn relief with essential oils

In a mister bottle, combine 3 ounces distilled water, 1 ounce aloe gel, 18 drops lavender, 4 drops peppermint, and 2 drops spearmint essential oil. Spray onto sunburned skin.
