Chrissy Teigen may have once said, “I don’t need to pretend that I have taste,” but that’s precisely why we’re obsessed with trying every single one of Teigen recipes — both on her website, Cravings by Chrissy Teigen, and from her cookbooks, Cravings (2016) and Cravings: Hungry for More (2018) — and why we get weirdly excited whenever we get a peek at her pantry. The more we learn about what Teigen eats and the recipes she makes at home, the more we realize just how much we have in common with the mom, model, actress, and chef.
Teigen’s never been shy to share what she’s been eating, from her go-to nighttime noshes, including her pre-bedtime sandwiches, to her ever-changing go-to snacks. (Remember when she raved about fried pork rinds in February of last year? And then proceeded to bond with Elizabeth Banks about their mutual love for the snack?) But it isn’t just her love for fast food (we’re looking at you, Taco Bell and McDonald’s) or her love for pork rinds (it’s low-carb, people!) that make her an approachable foodie (are we still using that word?). It’s Teigen’s Thai heritage and how she embraces her Thai mother’s family recipes and makes them approachable for those who didn’t grow up with an Asian mother who would regularly stink up the house with that godawful fish sauce stench (hi, mom, I love you, and I’m sorry, but it’s true). As a fellow Asian American, I love to see that Teigen has a variety of soy sauces and sweet chili sauces sitting next to economy-size bottles of Hidden Valley ranch and Tabasco sauce (because I do, too).
“I know how I like my food. I like it spicy, salty, sticky, crunchy, juicy, oozy — basically any dish you know and love, jacked up to a bordering-on-socially unacceptable amount of flavor,” she wrote in Cravings. And the foods found in Teigen’s pantry and fridge reflect just that.
To be like Chrissy, you must eat like Chrissy — and if the following list of her favorite foods is any indication, she has great taste.

SunChips french onion
A fan recently tweeted Teigen, asking her for a recipe using SunChips — and Teigen followed through. “As a fellow SunChips enthusiast, I of course had to think of something,” Teigen wrote on her food website, Cravings by Chrissy Teigen. Behold, cheesy SunChips chicken.
Kirkland Signature organic roasted seaweed
In early February, Teigen posted a photo of her pantry to Instagram, and from it, we spotted a slew of familiar favorites and treats, including Costco favorite snack, organic roasted seaweed.
SunButter sunflower butter
Another Teigen-Legend pantry staple? SunButter sunflower butter.
Pork Clouds
These fluffy chicharrones are available in five different flavors: cinnamon churro, garlic thyme, habanero pepper, malabar black pepper, and rosemary and sea salt.
“Wowowowowwow are you ready for another snack alert because,” she tweeted in February 2019.
Bonne Maman preserves
Bonne Maman preserves are, hands down, the best preserves out there, so it was great to see this product displayed in her pantry. Amazon carries a variety pack that includes five different flavors.
Pickled peppers
When she wants a “crunchy bite of heat” or if she just wants a spicy treat, Teigen turns to pickled peppers. “I mainly just munch on them,” she told Delish in May 2017. “I love intense spice, and sour, too — anything super acidic.”
One of the most popular pickled pepper products on Amazon is Trappey’s peppers.
JIF To Go
Even Teigen knows: JIF To Go makes for the perfect midday snack, for adults and kids alike.
Dang coconut chips
Another item found in Teigen’s pantry are lightly salted, zero-sugar Dang coconut chips.
Everything bagels
“I love everything bagels and pepperoncinis together. And butter. Everything bagel toasted with butter, sprinkled with pepperoncinis. I love that,” she told Refinery 29 in April 2017. Dave’s Killer Bread organic everything bagels are one of the most popular everything bagel products on Amazon.
Ramen
When asked her go-to drunk munchies food, Teigen was quick to answer “ramen” — but not just any ramen.
“Pho is like an amazing hangover cure and then ramen for like that milky Tonkotsu very porky broth,” she explained.
Lucky for us all, Nissin has a popular shoyu tonkotsu pork instant ramen on Amazon.
Kwong Hung Seng Sauce
Sweet soy sauce — specifically Kwong Hung Seng Sauce — is one of Teigen’s mom’s must-have pantry items. “Think soy plus some sugar, then think of the possibilities. Drinkably ridiculously good, and great for giving food a really deep golden color,” Teigen explains on her website.
Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce
Teigen describes sweet chili sauce the “OG crossover condiment,” and we agree wholeheartedly. “Pours as freely as water and is always on the table when we’re serving dumplings, wontons, spring rolls, etc.,” she wrote.
Hidden Valley dips mix
“I eat ranch dressing with everything,” she told Delish. “Always with fries.”
Tabasco sauce
What pairs better with ranch? Tabasco sauce, of course — another Teigen pantry staple.
Brianna’s dressing
Teigen’s go-to salad dressing is emblazoned with the Brianna’s logo.
