Simply put, if your trips to Costco don’t include a visit to the wholesale retailer’s bakery, then you’ve been doing it all wrong. Not only do they have some of the best seasonal treats in this section, but the bakery also consistently offers year-round favorites, including their sheet cake, muffins, and croissants. It’s reason enough to sign up for a Costco membership.

Cranberry Almond Bark
Costco’s newest bakery item is perfect for the upcoming holidays. It’s called chocolate cranberry almond bark and it’s peppermint bark’s elegant and tasty cousin. This will most likely only be around during the holidays so stock up while you can!
Four Berry Pie
Costco introduced a new Four Berry Pie in 2023, featuring a combination of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and cranberries, for the perfect sweet-tart bite. This is a seasonal item so you’ll only find it during the summer when berries are nice and ripe.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
Fans went wild for this rich, enormous chocolate peanut butter mousse pie at Costco. It sold out quickly, but was soon back in stores. Some say it’s even delicious served frozen, like an ice cream pie.
Lemon Blueberry Loaf
Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee in the morning, or dressed up with vanilla ice cream and fresh berries, you can’t go wrong with Costco’s Lemon Blueberry Loaf, drizzled in icing and new for 2023.
Confetti Cookies
At least one reviewer on Instagram, who purchased Costco’s new Confetti Cookies from the bakery for $9.99, says these “were ridiculously soft and buttery,” and most importantly, “absolutely delicious.”

The person at Costco who invented the lemon meringue cheesecake needs to get a raise pronto. After all, the genius behind this combination of luscious cheesecake, tangy lemon curd, and fluffy meringue deserves to be celebrated.
