You can get some mighty strange things in your sushi, and the latest craze takes things really over the top. 

Eater reports that Jinen, a sushi restaurant in Japan, has started selling unagi butter sushi — freshwater eel sushi topped with a slab of butter. Apparently it’s melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and really, doesn’t butter make everything better?
