On warm summer days, there’s nothing better than a cold, refreshing pick-me-up. Starbucks is usually the first place we think of for such tasty beverages, especially lately. Over the past few weeks, particularly, the coffee chain has added plenty of new summer-appropriate drinks to its menu — and the best part is most of them have few calories — comparatively, of course.
Sure, you can grab any of their Frappuccinos, but not only are those drinks high in calories, but they’re also loaded with sugar, carbs and fat. And the last thing anyone wants is to consume an entire grande sugar bomb and be uncomfortably jacked and feeling slightly bloated for the rest of the day. Turn to Starbucks’ many Refreshers, teas, iced coffees and macchiatos, though, and you’re guaranteed a guilt-free sip.
Ahead, we’ve gathered 12 low-calorie drinks that will keep things light this summer, including some of Starbucks’ new releases that are not only delicious, but they’re also Instagram Story ready — they’re that pretty.

Teavana Slightly Sweet Chai Tea Latte
If you love you a chai latte but could do without all the sugar, this one is for you.
This iced drink is a less-sweet take on the beloved classic chai tea latte. It's black tea infused with cinnamon, clove and other warming spices and mixed with milk, sweetened with liquid cane sugar and served over ice. Yum.
It clocks in at 190 calories and 2.5 grams of fat in a grande with almond milk, but watch out for sugar because there are still 30 grams.
Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher
When you're hot and thirsty, the 'Bucks Refreshers are the bomb. The Very Berry Hibiscus has just 70 calories in a grande and zero fat.
Cool Lime Refresher
At just 60 calories in a grande, the cool lime flavor is the lowest-cal of all the Refreshers.
Nitro Cold Brew With Sweet Cream
Cold brew is served cold, straight from the tap (almost like a beer) and is topped with a float of house-made vanilla sweet cream.
It's only 70 calories, 5 grams of fat and 4 grams of sugar for a grande — sweet cream and all.
You can get it sans cream too at just 5 calories for a grande.
Iced Skinny Flavored Latte
If black coffee is a little too hardcore for you, a 16-ounce iced, flavored skinny latte has 80 calories and no fat.
Teavana Shaken Iced Passion Tango Tea
If you order this one unsweetened, it has zero calories! And it's super-refreshing. Can't beat that.
Iced Coffee
If you're just all about the caffeine jolt, you can get a big old honkin' iced black coffee (without all the bells and whistles) for 5 calories, 0 fat, 0 sugar and 0 carbs.
Teavana Shaken Peach Citrus White Tea Infusion Lemonade
This tasty tea only has 70 calories in a grande, but it is lightly sweetened and has 17 grams of carbohydrates and 16 grams of sugar.
Mango Dragonfruit Refresher
This recently released tropical refresher has 90 calories in a grande size, but beware: It does have 19 grams of sugar.
Iced Caramel Macchiato
We couldn't have a Starbucks list without a macchiato! Get a grande with almond milk instead of 2 percent milk, and you'll cut the calories down to 180 versus 250. However, it does have 34 grams of sugar.
