3. Chocolate-dipped clementines recipe

Serves 12 (2 clementine hearts each)

Ingredients:

  • 3 clementine oranges
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) Green & Black’s Organic Chocolate – 70% Dark chocolate bar, melted
  • Toothpicks
  • Large heart sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Peel the clementines, and section them into 8 pieces each.
  2. Cut 1 clementine slice into 2 halves by cutting an upside down “V” out of the center of the slice.
  3. Insert a toothpick into 2 clementine sections, creating a heart shape.
  4. Dip the lower halves of the clementines into the melted dark chocolate.
  5. Take an extra toothpick, dip it into the chocolate, then apply it to the back of a large heart confetti, and apply the large heart sprinkle to the toothpick in the clementine.
