4. Chocolate-peanut butter bites recipe

Serves 12 (2 balls each)

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3.5 ounce) Green & Black’s Organic Chocolate – 70% Dark chocolate bar, chopped, divided
  • 1-1/4 cups old-fashioned oats, ground (about 1 cup ground)
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1/3 cup finely shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup agave nectar
  • 3/4 cup all-natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Reserve 2 tablespoons of chopped chocolate.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the remaining chopped chocolate, ground oats, flaxseeds and coconut.
  3. Stir in the agave nectar, peanut butter and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Scoop into 24 portions, and roll each portion into a 1-inch ball. Place the balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Melt the reserved 2 tablespoons of chopped chocolate, and then drizzle it lightly over the bites.
