4. 4-Ingredient Parmesan-coconut biscuits

Prep time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (soft, not melted)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, using the dough hook, combine the self-rising flour and coconut oil.
  3. Add the coconut milk and Parmesan, and mix until incorporated.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/2 inch thick.
  5. With a circle cutter, cut out the biscuits.
  6. Place the biscuits onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet, and bake for 10 minutes.
