4. Sriracha meatballs recipe

Ingredients:
- Frozen meatballs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1/2 cup water, divided
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions:
- Cook the frozen meatballs according to the package directions.
- Make the glaze by mixing together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, Sriracha sauce and 1/4 cup of water in a large pan.
- Heat until the brown sugar is dissolved.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of water with the cornstarch.
- Add to the sauce, and stir until thickened.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce.
