4. Sriracha meatballs recipe

Ingredients:

  • Frozen meatballs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup water, divided
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Cook the frozen meatballs according to the package directions.
  2. Make the glaze by mixing together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, Sriracha sauce and 1/4 cup of water in a large pan.
  3. Heat until the brown sugar is dissolved.
  4. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of water with the cornstarch.
  5. Add to the sauce, and stir until thickened.
  6. Toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce.
