5 Chocolate recipes to start your summer off sweet

4. Dark chocolate bark with dried fruit

Serves: 15

Ingredients:

  • 2 (3.5 ounce) Green & Black’s Organic Hazelnut & Currant Dark Chocolate bars, melted
  • 1/4 cup dried strawberries
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions:

  1. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add melted chocolate.
  3. Sprinkle evenly with dried fruit.
  4. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Break the chocolate into large pieces to create bark.
Tip: For a marbled bark, use 1 (3.5 ounce) bar of Green & Black’s Organic White Chocolate, melted, and 1 (3.5 ounce) bar of Green & Black’s Organic Hazelnut & Currant Dark Chocolate, melted. Swirl chocolate and top with dried fruit.
