4. Dark chocolate bark with dried fruit
Serves: 15
Ingredients:
- 2 (3.5 ounce) Green & Black’s Organic Hazelnut & Currant Dark Chocolate bars, melted
- 1/4 cup dried strawberries
- 1/4 cup dried blueberries
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
- Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Add melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle evenly with dried fruit.
- Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Break the chocolate into large pieces to create bark.
Tip: For a marbled bark, use 1 (3.5 ounce) bar of Green & Black’s Organic White Chocolate, melted, and 1 (3.5 ounce) bar of Green & Black’s Organic Hazelnut & Currant Dark Chocolate, melted. Swirl chocolate and top with dried fruit.
