4. Ham and fig flatbread recipe
Makes one 9×12-inch flatbread
Ingredients:
- 9X12-inch lavash bread
- 3 slices Hormel Natural Choice Honey Deli Ham, torn into pieces
- Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Fresh figs, cut into quarters (as little or many as desired)
- Balsamic vinegar for drizzling
- Honey for drizzling
- Handful of arugula
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Lightly brush lavash with oil.
- Top with cheese, figs and ham.
- Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with arugula.
- Drizzle flatbread with balsamic vinegar and honey.
