4. Ham and fig flatbread recipe

Makes one 9×12-inch flatbread

Ingredients: 

  • 9X12-inch lavash bread
  • 3 slices Hormel Natural Choice Honey Deli Ham, torn into pieces
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh figs, cut into quarters (as little or many as desired)
  • Balsamic vinegar for drizzling
  • Honey for drizzling
  • Handful of arugula

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Lightly brush lavash with oil.
  3. Top with cheese, figs and ham.
  4. Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from oven and top with arugula.
  6. Drizzle flatbread with balsamic vinegar and honey.
