2. Brown paper bag brownie bar recipe

Yields 2

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup butter
• 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup flour
• 2 eggs
• 4 lunch-size brown paper bags
• Mix-ins: M&M’S, nuts, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, English toffee (like Heath Bar)

Directions:

1. Heat the oven to 325 degrees F.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, melt the butter.
3. Add the remaining ingredients, and mix to combine.
4. Double up the bags by inserting one bag into another.
5. Cut the top half off each bag.
6. Pour half the batter into each bag.
7. Top with desired mix-ins.
8. Bake for 20 minutes.
9. Rip the brown paper bag along the corner seams to reveal and serve the brownie.
