3. Coffee-infused tequila recipe

Yields 3 cups infused tequila; 1 cocktail

Ingredients:

For the coffee-infused tequila

  • 750 milliliters tequila
  • 1/2 cup coarse ground coffee

For the cocktail

  • 2 ounces coffee-infused tequila
  • 1/2 ounce vanilla syrup
  • 1-1/2 ounces half-and-half
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
  • Ice

Directions:

For the coffee-infused tequila

  1. In a swing-top bottle or airtight jar, combine the tequila and ground coffee.
  2. Let it sit in a cool, dark place overnight.
  3. Strain the liquid through a coffee filter.

For the cocktail

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour the coffee-infused tequila, vanilla syrup, half-and-half and cinnamon over the ice. Stir to combine.
  3. Garnish with chocolate syrup and a cinnamon stick.
