3. Coffee-infused tequila recipe
Yields 3 cups infused tequila; 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
For the coffee-infused tequila
- 750 milliliters tequila
- 1/2 cup coarse ground coffee
For the cocktail
- 2 ounces coffee-infused tequila
- 1/2 ounce vanilla syrup
- 1-1/2 ounces half-and-half
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
- Ice
Directions:
For the coffee-infused tequila
- In a swing-top bottle or airtight jar, combine the tequila and ground coffee.
- Let it sit in a cool, dark place overnight.
- Strain the liquid through a coffee filter.
For the cocktail
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour the coffee-infused tequila, vanilla syrup, half-and-half and cinnamon over the ice. Stir to combine.
- Garnish with chocolate syrup and a cinnamon stick.
