Hershey’s Kisses chocolate monkey bread recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans refrigerator biscuits, each biscuit cut into quarters
  • 64-plus unwrapped Hershey’s Kisses Special Dark mildly sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, divided
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Begin by wrapping a quarter piece of dough around each Hershey’s Kiss.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sugar and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  4. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, salt and the remaining 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
  5. Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray, or you can butter and flour the pan instead.
  6. Roll each dough ball filled with chocolate into the cocoa-sugar mixture.
  7. Place 1/2 the coated dough balls into the Bundt pan.
  8. Pour 1/2 the butter-brown sugar mixture over the first layer.
  9. Layer the remaining dough balls.
  10. Pour the remaining butter mixture over the last layer of dough balls.
  11. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, till the center is no longer doughy.
