Hot chocolate spoons recipe

Makes 3 spoons of each type of chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3.5 ounce) bar Green & Black’s Organic White Chocolate
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) bar Green & Black’s Organic 70% Dark Chocolate
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) bar Green & Black’s Organic Milk Chocolate
  • 9 wooden holiday spoons
  • 45 mini marshmallows
  • 1 (1.5 ounce) square mold

Directions:

  1. Melt each chocolate variety separately.
  2. Place 5 mini marshmallows into each square.
  3. Pour about 2 tablespoons of chocolate into each of the 9 molds.
  4. Place a wooden spoon in each mold.
  5. Let the chocolate set.
  6. Remove from the molds.
  7. To serve, heat 6 ounces of milk per cup. Place a chocolate spoon into each cup, and stir to melt for a creamy hot chocolate.

Tip: Substitute 9 (3 ounce) paper cups for the molds, and fill them with about 2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate, about 1/3 full. Let the chocolate set, then peel and remove the paper cup prior to stirring into the milk.

Tip: For variety, substitute Green & Black’s Organic Mint Chocolate for any of the other chocolates listed.
