White chocolate-peppermint popcorn recipe
Makes 6 servings, about 1-1/3 cups each
Ingredients:
- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 1/2 (3.5 ounce) bar Green & Black’s Organic White Chocolate, melted
- 1/2 (3.5 ounce) bar Green & Black’s Organic 70% Dark Chocolate, melted
- 2 candy canes, crushed
- 1 tablespoon red sprinkles
- 1 tablespoon green sprinkles
Directions:
- Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread 8 cups of popcorn on the cookie sheet.
- Melt both chocolates, separately.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate across the popcorn.
- Sprinkle the crushed candy cane across the popcorn.
- Sprinkle both colors of sprinkles over the popcorn.
- Mix, and serve.
