White chocolate-peppermint popcorn recipe

Makes 6 servings, about 1-1/3 cups each

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/2 (3.5 ounce) bar Green & Black’s Organic White Chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 (3.5 ounce) bar Green & Black’s Organic 70% Dark Chocolate, melted
  • 2 candy canes, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon red sprinkles
  • 1 tablespoon green sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread 8 cups of popcorn on the cookie sheet.
  3. Melt both chocolates, separately.
  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate across the popcorn.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed candy cane across the popcorn.
  6. Sprinkle both colors of sprinkles over the popcorn.
  7. Mix, and serve.
