Dark chocolate truffles recipe
Makes 6 servings, 2 truffles each
Ingredients:
- From 1 (3.5 ounce) bar, 1/2 cup chopped Green & Black’s Organic 70% Dark Chocolate
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons finely toasted chopped almonds, powdered sugar or red and green sprinkles
Directions:
- Melt the chocolate.
- Combine the almond butter and chocolate while the chocolate is still warm.
- Fold in the cream until the mixture thickens.
- Place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes or until the mixture is firm enough to roll.
- Roll into tablespoon-size balls to make 12 balls total. Then roll the balls in your choice of finely chopped toasted almonds, confectioner’s sugar or red- and green-colored sprinkles.
