Cream puff chocolate tower recipe

Makes 1 tower

Ingredients:

• 30 cream puffs
• Sugar glue (1 cup superfine sugar)
• 1/3 cup light corn syrup
• Godiva Custom Gold Gift Box

Directions:

1. Make your sugar glue by heating 1 cup of sugar with 1/3 cup of corn syrup till the mixture hits 240 degrees F.
2. Create your tower with the cream puffs at the base, using the sugar glue to stick them together.
3. As the tower gets taller, alternate Godiva chocolate using the sugar glue to stick the chocolate to the cream puffs. Be careful to not melt the chocolate.
