Pesto pasta
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup pesto
- 8 ounces pasta [small shapes work best]
- 1/2 small chopped red onion
- 3 large chopped tomatoes
- 1 chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
Boil pasta according to instructions on package. Drain and let sit to cool. Combine vinegar and pesto until blended well. Mix ingredients with the pasta in a large bowl.
