10 Paleo cookbooks with mouthwatering recipes

Paleo cooking can be easy and delicious thanks to these wonderful cookbooks.

t Living a paleo lifestyle is one that many have chosen to do. For many, the benefits of eliminating grains have been significant. Whether you choose to live this way or not, using paleo recipes can often mean cleaner, more farm-to-fork recipes making an appearance on your table. Thanks to many experts, following a paleo lifestyle doesn’t mean sacrificing taste or presentation. My favorite cookbook author, Tammy Credicott, and her husband Cain Credicott, who is the Founder of Paleo Magazine, first showed me just how fantastic paleo meals can be. One of Tammy’s books, Make Ahead Paleo, could make anyone want to cook without grains. Her vibrant pictures and easy-to-follow recipes like these deviled ham-and-eggs gave me increased curiosity about other paleo cookbooks.

t While I don’t personally live a full paleo lifestyle, I do live gluten-free and am mindful of the quality of gluten-free grains I consume. Not all of these books are in my library, but they are the ones I have been drawn to at my mom’s home, in bookstores and through the authors’ blogs and social media sites. Many days I find myself eating paleo-approved meals simply because of these fantastic cookbooks that have mouthwatering recipes I can’t resist. Here are my top 10 picks for best paleo cookbooks.
