1. Beach body move: Oblique twists

- Come into a seated position holding a 6-pound medicine ball at your chest. Extend arms out to straight and lean back until you feel your core engage.
- Extend legs up to straight and balance. If this is too much, you can always keep your feet on the ground.
- Bring arms to your right side, twisting from your waist. Come back to center and draw your arms to the left. Repeat the movement 8 times each side.
