t Staying focused at the office all day is tough. You hit the ground running at 8 a.m. then everything slows down around 2 p.m. when your mind has just had enough. I’ve been there, struggling to concentrate and get things done.
t When I left the corporate world to get started on my own, I knew I needed to make a change to improve my concentration. That’s when I found essential oils.
t Not only have essential oils boosted my concentration levels, but they have also given me more energy to get through the day and allowed me to be more productive during the day.
t Here are a few ideas for you.
- t
- Place a drop of a balancing oil like lavender to the back of your neck to promote focus and a balanced state of mind to concentrate on the task at hand. If you have a to-do list that has to get done, this is the perfect oil for you.
- Try smelling a stimulating oil like peppermint to increase alertness and memory. As an added bonus, it will also relieve any headaches from staring at a computer screen all day.
- Add one to two drops of an energizing oil like lemon to your water to increase concentration and boost your energy levels. Plus, if you’re under a tight deadline, lemon essential oil can help lower your stress.
- Diffuse an equalizing oil like cedarwood in the air to promote calmness, letting you focus on what really needs to get done.
