Quick feet in-and-outs

Quick feet in-and-outs are just like jogging in place, but instead of keeping your feet directly beneath your hips, you add a lateral side step. Start with both feet together, step your left foot out to your left, your right foot out to your right, then bring your left foot back to center, finally bringing your right foot back to center. Continue performing the out-out-in-in jogging pattern as fast as you possibly can.
