Louis Davis loves KFC. Like, really loves KFC.
The New Zealand man said he’s visited the fast food restaurant at least three times a week for as long as he can remember, so it only made sense that he’d celebrate his recent wedding there.

Davis wed his high school sweetheart Ashleigh recently. He said he gave her the wedding she always wanted, but he had one request: a silly photo.
“I knew we were going to take the classic, cheesy photos,” he told the New Zealand Herald. “She had the team of photographers, team of videographers to get the classic shots. But I knew the photos that are crack up and the ones you look back on are where you’re doing something different.”

The first request was a naked wedding party photo shoot with strategically placed bouquets, but Ashleigh said no. The next idea? A photo in front of his second home, KFC.
“I’ve always had a special relationship with KFC so it made sense,” he said, adding that he even had KFC breakfast the morning of the wedding. “Ashleigh’s a good sport, though. She doesn’t mind.”
The photo of the couple and the bridal party in front of the restaurant has gone viral and now Davis hopes it might translate into free food. “That would probably be a dangerous thing, to be honest,” he told the Herald of the idea of having free KFC for life. “I should at least get a snack box though.”
