If you have been selected as a winner for one of the SheKnows Contests and Giveaways, you will be notified via email. The email will include an Affidavit Form (and in some cases, a W-9 Form) that needs to be filled out and returned as directed in the email. This is to ensure that you have claimed your prize and done so on time.
Make sure to add [email protected] to your safe senders list to prevent our e-mails from going to your junk folder. All documentation must be received within 3 business days of notification or another winner will be selected.
