Pink, along with husband Carey Hart and daughter Willow are looking to unload this massive 7,450-square-foot, six-bedroom, six-bathroom Malibu beach house in the exclusive, gated community of Point Dume Estates with private access to Point Dume beach. It’s got a guesthouse, cabana, pool and incredible ocean views.
The $12.9 million price tag is a bargain since it was listed last June for $13.9 million. Pink and Hart bought the house in 2011 for $11.8 million.
The house was built in 2005 and the design is pretty subdued, letting the beautiful ocean air and lush grounds take center stage.
But if we’re gonna keep it real, there’s one thing about this dream house that isn’t quite so dreamy. No air-conditioning! I know that when you’re right on the water, the world feels air-conditioned, but on some of those steamier summer Malibu afternoons, it might be nice to close up the windows and cool that palace down a few degrees. My opinion.
Let’s take a tour of the Pink-Hart estate and try and pretend we can hear the Malibu waves crashing in the background.
Beach living
Beach living at it’s fanciest, the house is open, light and airy and the furniture itself looks a little sun-washed.
Dining
The house is Balinese-style and features all kinds of rich, wood features and touches, like the floors and dining table.
Open and airy
Maybe with the whole house so open you really don’t need the A/C option.
Stone fireplace
You can definitely warm up on cold beach nights by this pretty stone fireplace.
Kitchen
As you could have probably guessed, the house has a massive kitchen with two stoves and two ovens.

These stools, though
Check out those rustic wood stools.
Family
The family room with another stone fireplace can be doubled by opening the folding doors to the terrace.
Folding doors
Ditto for the dining room.
Another stone fireplace
Another cozy stone fireplace to curl up by after a day on the beach.
Office
More awesome built-in storage in the office.
Laundry
Probably the least exciting room in the house, but still — all that storage space.
Guest bed
Guest bedroom with lots of light and private terrace.
Guest bath
Perfect bathroom to rinse out all of the salt and sand.
Master bed
Ocean view, stone fireplace, this bedroom is magic.

And the master bath doesn’t disappoint either, filled with natural light and a tub to-die-for.
Bathtub view
Who wouldn’t want to take a bath with that view?!
“His” closet
Looks like someone had a bit of a shoe collection.
“Hers” closet
Then… bam! The “hers” closet rocks your world with that chandelier.

You get the idea… there are a lot of rooms in this house.
One more bath
And one last look at a guest bathroom.
Entry
Here’s the walk to the front door, which runs over a little pond.
Guest house
The guest house also has a stone fireplace and those awesome folding doors.
Tiki bar!
Look at the tiki bar in the corner. This is quite the party pad.
Outdoor bed?
This is offically the ultimate spot for a nap in the breeze.
Pool
Not into the beach? How about a dip in this massive pool?

Here’s the view down the pool looking into the guest house.
5-car garage
Plenty of room for Carey’s motorcycles in this 5-car garage.
Ocean view
If you concentrate, you can actually smell the ocean through the picture.
Private beach
No need to worry about mingling with riffraff here, you need a key to access this private beach.
