When a dog pees when he first meets and greets someone, it is typically a sign of excitement. Older dogs don’t tend to do this — it’s usually a behavior exhibited by puppies with a lack of bladder control. Don’t yell, just wipe it up and take him outside, since he probably still has more in his bladder.
