It’s New Year’s Eve — time to shimmer, sparkle and shine. It’s that one night you can step outside yourself a little and take it up a notch. We’ve got some tips to get you party ready without too much muss or fuss.
Get nailed

Glitter eyeliner makes a special occasion party look easy to achieve.
