Shop Black Friday: EBay

Just because eBay is an online shopping center doesn’t mean it won’t participate in the Black Friday madness. In fact, some of its deals are even better than anything you will find in the stores.

EBay has labeled its sale the Black Friday Deal Frenzy this year and we can see why. It’s got the hottest items of the year on sale. As always, electronics and gadgets are at the top of the list for best deals, but the sales go far beyond tablets and smartphones.

The ads leaked from eBay are only the beginning, because most suspect the company will be introducing new sales as it gets closer and closer to Black Friday and Cyber Monday. So far, it has revealed that sales begin at midnight EST exactly on Friday, Nov. 29, and almost all of the holiday’s hottest gifts will come with free shipping.

Some products you’re sure to love include:

• The Canon EOS 5D Camera for 28 percent off the list price. It’s still an expensive gift at $2,445, but this is a camera that can do anything. It’s a professional quality camera the photographer in your family will definitely love.
• Forty percent off the Western Digital My Passport 2TB External Hard Drive. Having an external hard drive to back up all the important files on your computer is just plain smart. Help preserve the memories of your loved ones when you give them this gift — and for nearly half off!
• Get a Garmin GPS system for half off! Anyone who is traveling this holiday season will appreciate a Garmin 5.0 to get them to and from the in-laws safely. At $85, you can afford to buy one for yourself, too.
• Lastly, eBay is one of the few companies to offer a deal on the season’s hottest brand — Apple. Grab an iPad Mini for $239 (27 percent off the list price) and be forever labeled the best gift-giver of all time.
