Strawberry and piña colada cocktail ice pops

Is there anything more quintessential that iced fruit pops in the summer? I think not. I’m stepping things up a notch and making these adult-friendly pops by using 2 delicious flavors of VitaFrute Cocktails™.

t

t The Coconut Colada and the Lemonade flavors make the perfect undertones in these refreshments and I can’t wait to whip these out for my Labor Day fiesta. They are colorful, festive and totally delish!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large glass combine Coconut Colada VitaFrute Cocktail™, coconut milk, pineapple juice, orange juice and lime juice.
  2. t

  3. Divide the mixture among paper cups or an ice pop mold. Place a colorful straw or wooden pop stick into each cup. Place a small piece of tinfoil over the cup, cutting out a small hole for the straw. This will ensure the straw stays straight while freezing. Transfer to a freezer and freeze until firm, about 8 hours.
  4. t

  5. Serve & Enjoy.

Makes 5-6 popsicles.

t Straws can be found at any local craft store.
