It started in Wasco, California, reportedly as some kind of freaky art project.
This scary clown would just appear on random street corners in the middle of the night. People, needless to say, were a little alarmed. Now armed copycat evil clowns are stalking Bakersfield, California. I don’t know what performance-artist-slash-complete-idiot thought terrifying an entire community might accomplish, but they’ve certainly gotten everyone’s attention.

These clowns are dealing with a public constantly connected to the internet — home of the freakiest and scariest stuff on the planet. So, evil clowns, do you think you have what it takes to scare us more than these things? Better bring your “A” game to stack up against these hair raisers.
