Gift wrap can show just as much love as the gift itself, so let’s make a special one for this Valentine’s Day!
Do you want to make your Valentine feel loved this Valentine’s Day? Surprise him or her not only with a special gift, but a gift wrapped with sweet, handmade gift wrap. I’m sure that you would agree that nothing shows love better than a personal touch, created with your own two hands, so this is exactly what we are going to do.
I’m going to show you how to make wrapping paper with things you might already have at home. And don’t worry, you will not need super-modern, high-tech devices — not even a printer — just a little bit of paper, fun and love.
Supplies:
- White paper (big enough to wrap your gift)
- Pencil with a rubber eraser
- Black ink
- Transparent tape
- Craft knife
Instructions:
Step 1. Draw out a heart shape on your pencil’s rubber eraser. Using the craft knife, cut the heart shape out.
Step 2: Place a bit of black ink in a little container. Using your new heart rubber stamp and black ink, stamp a heart pattern on your white paper.
Step 3: Wait for your wrapping paper design to dry well. Wrap your gift with the paper and add decorative string for decoration.
Easy, right? Appreciation is guaranteed. Now you only need to figure out what you would like to wrap, and you are ready for Valentine’s Day!
