Think you’ve got your anti-ageing beauty routine nailed? Well, you may be missing one vital element. Introducing the “vagacial” — on live TV, no less.
They’ve performed a live vasectomy and explored the benefits of drinking your own urine. Does the This Morning team have weekly meetings to brainstorm features that will put viewers off their breakfast?
This week it was the “vagina facial.” Yes, that’s right. A facial for your vagina. A “vagacial.” It costs less than £5 and its creator, professional matchmaker Lisa Palmer, 41, swears it will knock years off your lady bits. She claims it’s the answer to vaginal dryness and the perfect treatment to improve tightness and elasticity that become issues following childbirth and as a natural sign of ageing.
Three brave women agreed to have the treatment live on the show, Juel, Nadine and 74-year-old Abigail, who wanted to have the treatment to impress her 30-year-old boyfriend. Their verdict? They seemed pretty pleased with the results with Juel revealing she felt like she’d “just had sex.”

Want to try the “vagacial” at home?
1. Steam your vagina for 20 minutes. Yes, you read that right. Palmer recommends “using a facial steamer — although it can be awkward to squat over — or one that you can hold over that area.”
2. Create the lotion — developed by Palmer by “trial and error” — by mixing together one teaspoon of coconut oil, one teaspoon of Vitamin E cream, one teaspoon of honey and the white of one egg.
3. Preheat the lotion in a microwave for 20 seconds. Apply it to your private parts and leave for 15 minutes.
4. Rinse the lotion off with rose water.
Palmer also recommends combining the vagacial with pelvic floor exercises to tighten and strengthen the vagina. Squeeze your muscles as if you were trying to stop the flow of urine and hold for 10 seconds, then release. Do two sets of 10 to 20 a day.
Give yourself a vagacial once a week and you’ll notice the difference, Palmer promises. “I’m 41 and younger men say I have the vagina of a 25-year-old!” she boasts.
When asked by (rather bemused) This Morning presenters Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley if her treatment is medically approved, Palmer said: “Doctors haven’t said anything, it’s just me. I have tried it over a period of time and it has worked for me, it genuinely makes a difference.”
