Bring on the decor fireworks to turn your Fourth of July cookout into the perfect patriotic bash. These nine DIY decorations will help you put the red, white and blue into every corner of your event and they’re a beautiful way to dress up your outdoor areas for this sunny summertime celebration.
1. Turn mini cups into party lights

Create festive fairy lights from mini plastic cups. Add white and blue stripes of paint to small red drink cups and then just pop a hole in the bottom to fit a row of LED string lights. If you don’t have small cups, upcycle some small white K-cups.
