Earlier this week, one black bear family paid an unexpected visit to a Rockaway Township home in New Jersey and took a dip in their pool.

The Basso family was home at the time and took a video of the mother bear and her five cubs swimming in their above-ground pool in the backyard. The little cubs even made use of the family’s slide and played with the pool toys.
Tim Basso told ABC 7 about the surprise he got when he saw the adorable intruders.

“I thought they would get a drink or just drink out of it for a minute and then move on, but they pretty much started climbing,” he said. “My first thought was really, where is the dog, and where are the kids?”
“They came in, they experienced the pool, they got it, they seemed to enjoy themselves. They did a little bit of damage on the pool toys and floats and whatnot, but all in all, I don’t think it was a terrible experience,” he added.

The bears reportedly left of their own accord after an hour. Aww.
