Adorable goat is a bigger fan of Tim Hortons than you are

You may love Tim Hortons coffee and doughnuts, but no one loves the chain more than this adorable little goat does.

Yes, you read that correctly — a goat. The goat made headlines over the weekend after it refused to leave a store in Martensville, Saskatchewan, resulting in two Warman Royal Canadian Mounted Police officers being called to the scene, CBC News reports.

“There was a stubborn goat refusing to leave the establishment,” a Warman RCMP officer told CBC News. “The employees would ask him to leave and walk him outside, but he would just turn around and come back in through the automatic doors.”

The little goat would not leave, most probably because he was cold, but the store employees kept a watchful eye over him, store owner Camille Barzeele told the outlet.

“One of them stayed with him to make sure he didn’t get run over, and the other one called the cops and the RCMP,” Barzeele said.

Police reportedly called on all the farmhouses in the area but were unable to locate the goat’s owner, so they contacted Animal Control, who transported the goat to an animal hospital until the owner could be contacted.

The story does have a happy ending, though, because the sweet little goat is now back home.

“We are happy to report that the goat is safe and sound back with his owners after his adventurous night out on the town,” RCMP said. “Employees at the Tim Hortons in Martensville see all sorts of customers overnight. This one wasn’t kidding around.”
