We already know Kyle Richards has the hair, the hunky husband and one of the most enviable lives on television. But a recent tour of her Bel Air manse has given us a whole new list of reasons to be totally jelly of the OG Real Housewife of Beverly Hills.
Richards recently opened her home for a video tour, and we pretty much want the whole thing. But we’ve managed to narrow it all down to a list of 10 things we’re totally dying over the most.
1. The woodwork and built-ins
Her husband, Mauricio Umansky, calls this room “the pub.” Kyle calls it “the den,” but I just call it straight-up baller. The wood paneling and built-in shelves are gorgeous, and I love how the cozy room is just off her open, light, airy entry.

2. The bar
Let’s just say we could have a pretty sweet rager with all the booze they’ve got stocked up.
3. Hermès throw
She jokingly calls the chair Mauricio’s “Archie Bunker chair,” but I don’t remember the Bunkers having that fab Hermès throw in their living room. Most people don’t. That looks like an Hermès Avalon throw, which runs about $1,500. Damn, girl. Also, check out those built-in shelves.

4. Dining table
Kyle says she wanted a round table so everyone has a good seat, but the size of her family made finding one big enough a challenge. So she did what most Beverly Hills housewives would do in the same sitch: had a table custom made. It’s a beauty. The soft upholstery on the chairs is divine, too.
5. Faux wallpaper
All appearances to the contrary (i.e., all the finery draped around the house), even Kyle has a budget. And so, since the wallpaper she really wanted is out of her price range, she faked it with a hand-painted mural designed to replicate the look of the wallpaper, down to the trompe l’oeil “seams.” Love.

6. The chandeliers
Kyle says she insists on each room having its own chandy because they’re like earrings for your house. And girl has a collection of some major-league hanging hardware (which obviously requires frequent dusting by the staff). Her other tip? She lights a fire in the fireplace even when it’s hot because “it’s all about ambiance!”
7. Media room
The television star definitely has a posh spot for watching herself on TV. The media room is understated, plush and to die for. I can’t exactly make it out, but it looks like everyone in the family has their name custom-embroidered on a lounge chair.
8. Candy
Kyle mentions that they always have plenty of candy on hand so they can make it feel like “a real movie theater.” Yaaaasss. Where’s my chair?
9. The dressing room
Kyle had this dressing room/closet built just for her and her four girls to get all dolled up. It’s amazing. It’s got light for days and gigantic mirrors. But the best part is the back-lit displays for her impressive shoe collection, which we’ve already seen on fierce display over the years on RHOBH.
10. The Chanel
Kyle is also known for having a mighty Chanel collection, and I adore the way she’s got her favorite bags proudly displayed in her dressing room. If you own a piece of wearable art, you might as well show it off at home! Can I borrow something?
